The coronavirus pandemic has taken its toll on many aspects of our lives.
Whilst the outlook remains unclear and businesses face many challenges, there are also real opportunities to reshape the future and for the investment industry to emerge stronger, more resilient, and modernised.
We were joined by some great speakers who touched on a wide range of practical I&D topics on how as an industry, we could build back better. There were also be some ‘fun’ optional sessions at the end of the event, including cocktail/mocktail making, a cook along and mindfulness.
“It’s a sign of the times that over 1,000 people registered to attend this year’s Diversity Project Annual Event – and encouraging that over 70% see Covid-19 as more of an opportunity than a threat to D&I in the investment industry.
It’s up to us to seize this moment: the industry needed a big shake-up and we certainly have that now. The Diversity Project is here to help both member firms and employees as we move forward.”
– Helena Morrissey, Chairwoman of the Diversity Project
