Debs Ingham - EMEA Director, Coach, and Facilitator, How Do You Do It

Debs is a connector—of people and concepts, and individual and commercial goals. She is a champion of inclusive work practices, supporting working parents, carers and their leaders to reshape expectations and experiences. A mum of two, Debs laughs easily, is community-minded, and regularly underestimates the time needed to throw on a load of washing before rushing out the door. Her relaxed demeanour belies a fiercely competitive nature when it comes to team sports (we understand it’s in the blood!

Juliet Andrew-Orji - Carers UK

Juliet Andrew-Orji leads on Carers UK’s business forum Employers for Carers, with responsibility for digital products, services and consultancy to member organisations to help improve carers’ lives. She has experience of issues relating to working carers, their contribution to the social economy and the challenges they face when unsupported in the workplace.

Craig Campbell - Working Carer / UK Head of Responsible Investment, Aon

As UK Head of RI Craig leads Aon’s advice on all ESG-related strategic and implementation considerations, as well as speaking at conferences including Aon’s flagship annual pensions events and being named "Sustainability Actuary of the Year" at the 2021 Actuarial Post Awards. He has helped Aon’s largest clients develop their approach to climate reporting in line with the TCFD recommendations, and to then set and deliver on ESG-related priorities and objectives. With parents from the Seychelles and Scotland, Craig is a proud member of Aon's Multicultural Network and supporter of the Network's "Book Club", actively promoting D, E, and I. Craig grew up in Kenya and in Scotland and has since settled in the Midlands with his wife and two boys. He is an Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and in his spare time is a keen runner, squash, and touch rugby player.

Carolyn Bradburn - Pension & Benefits Manager, Aon

As a member of Aon’s People Organisation, Carolyn is primarily responsible for the management, delivery and development of benefits for all UK colleagues.  In 2022 Carolyn led a review of Aon’s family friendly policies, resulting in enhancements, the creation of new policies and leave arrangements, providing additional support for working parents and carers.  Aon launched its new Carers’ Leave Policy in June 2023 introducing paid leave to support colleagues caring for relatives, partners or friends.
