Diversity Project Annual Event #TheNextLevel
In 2025, the event took place on Friday 7 November (14:30–17:00), kindly hosted by DWS at the Deutsche Bank Office, 21 Moorfields, EC2Y 9DB.
This is a hybrid event, where our audience attended in-person or online. For those attending in-person, there was a networking opportunity from 17:00 to 18:30.
As we navigate the challenges of this year, our commitment remains unwavering. Rather than seeing obstacles as setbacks, we view them as opportunities to learn, grow, and transform. By listening deeply, adapting thoughtfully, and acting with purpose, we confront today’s complexities head-on.
The 2025 Annual Event was all about taking our collective efforts to The Next Level. Inspired by Professor Alex Edmans’ research on Cognitive Diversity, we reflected on the power of different perspectives.
We spotlighted the progress made and the work still to be done. From powerful lived experiences, bold discussions on industry challenges, and the launch of new initiatives and our new accreditation pilot. Inspiring speakers, open dialogues, candid conversations, and the opportunity to connect with peers and gamechangers are just some of the reasons our audience attended. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, confront barriers, and take our collective efforts to #TheNextLevel.
