For Firms
The application process is simple:
- Nominate up to 3 candidates via our online form
- Nominated candidates then complete a short application form
- Final decision is communicated to firms and candidates
Selecting Candidates
We encourage firms to consider high-potential women across all functions, not just investment teams, who demonstrate the skills and ambition to become future leaders in the investment industry.
Best Practices from Other Firms
- Promote the programme internally, allowing women to express interest
- Ask candidates to articulate why they wish to join
- Include internal interviews or numerical assessments to evaluate suitability
