The IA launches its Diversity Data Guide

The IA has launched its Diversity Data Guide, produced in partnership with PwC.

The Diversity Data Guide comes from the recognition that to truly achieve meaningful change, organisations need to know their starting point and measure progress on an ongoing basis. It also aims to enable businesses to be more transparent and accountable, in order to drive sustainable change and action across the industry.

The Guide provides practical steps on collecting diversity data in a way that considers legal obligations, uses existing systems, and engages the workforce. It also seeks to help with the process to follow, the data to collect, the internal stakeholders to involve and how to analyse and interpret the final data to inform the overall D&I strategy.

It is the hope that this will act as a valuable tool to support firms and the wider industry in successfully doing so, supporting greater diversity and inclusion across the industry.
