Third e-Newsletter

Welcome to the third Diversity Project e-newsletter, now being published quarterly.

The range of our activities – and our membership – continues to grow; thank you for all that you continue to do as we look to achieve our ambition of creating a more inclusive investment and savings industry. The recent Gender Pay Gap data has again highlighted how much remains to be done on that issue alone.

The GPG data is both dispiriting and galvanising; over the next few months watch out for collaborative work from PwC and the Diversity Project to identify interventions that will really work.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of a Scottish Diversity Project, spearheaded by Aberdeen Standard Life, which will both develop and use themes that are already in place. We’re quite looking forward to some healthy competitive to see which region can achieve the greatest progress in the shortest time!

This quarter’s e-newsletter is full of lots of practical hints and tips for you to help you drive D&I engagement and move the dial in your own organisations – #Time2Deliver, here’s to a real breakthrough in 2019!

With best wishes,

Helena
