More diverse trustee boards are more likely to achieve their full potential – only 49 per cent of trustees responding to a PLSA survey felt that their board was sufficiently diverse in terms of gender while only 28 per cent said it was ethnically diverse.
This half day seminar held at the PLSA offices at 138 Cheapside, London on the 13 September will offer advice from a range of different experts on the benefits of improved diversity and how to realise them.
It is aimed at trustee boards – trustees, pension managers, consultants – and anyone with a keen interest in diversity issues.
